
I’m Gábor Landenberger, originally from Hungary, and I’ve been working in the world of gastronomy for over twenty years—with a clear focus on high-quality, sophisticated event and catering concepts.
I began my career in Hungary at a catering company, where outstanding professionals taught me the fundamentals of the craft. I’m still grateful for that time today: it instilled in me an early commitment to quality, discipline, and a genuine respect for the profession.
To continue developing my skills, I worked in several countries over the years—including London, Copenhagen, Austria, and Dubai. These chapters gave me deep insight into different cuisines, ways of working, and culinary mindsets. They shaped me not only professionally but also personally, and have strongly influenced the international perspective I bring to gastronomy today.
I currently live and work in Berlin—as a chef and the founder of my own catering company. I worked my way up through the classic kitchen path from the ground up, which taught me discipline, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility. I’m convinced that every role in the kitchen contributes to the overall success.
At our company, we work with premium ingredients and a clearly structured culinary concept. Our cuisine is defined by a New York–Dubai–German fusion, with freshness, exceptional meat quality, and carefully selected premium products at its core. Our goal isn’t to copy trends, but to develop a distinct and recognisable culinary signature of our own.
Above all, our aim is to give our clients a truly memorable gastronomic experience at every event. For me, satisfied guests are the strongest confirmation—and at the same time, the greatest motivation to keep developing both myself and our offering.

On a personal level, I’d describe myself as supportive, determined, and goal-oriented. I like to think ahead, plan with intention, and build my professional path step by step with a clear strategy. My strengths include structured thinking, consistency, and the willingness to work actively towards my goals.
My biggest ambition right now is to grow my Berlin-based company into an internationally recognised high-end catering brand—known for reliability, individuality, and uncompromising culinary quality.
